The Atlantic
Brave Thinkers

Since 1857, The Atlantic has given voice to brave thinkers—those individuals among us whose intellectual daring challenges our conventional assumptions and drives society forward. On November 30th, join The Atlantic for an inaugural live evening event that will celebrate and explore this year’s Brave Thinkers and feature a conversation between Atlantic Editor James Bennet and Walter Isaacson, author of the new landmark biography detailing the life of Apple co-founder Steve Jobs.

Jobs was one of the 2009 inaugural Atlantic Brave Thinkers for his Pixar animation studio. But Isaacson’s latest work is drawn from three years of exclusive and unprecedented interviews of Jobs himself and provides an extraordinary account of Jobs’ professional and personal life. Attendees of the Brave Thinkers event will get a rare glimpse into the real world of Steve Jobs -one of the biggest brave thinkers of our time - as narrated by Walter Isaacson.
